Character Profile- Hunter- Killer

PLAYED BY: WAYNE KANARIS- BRADY
HUNTER MARSHALL
AGED: 19
GENDER: MALE
At a young age Hunter witnessed his mother and father get murdered by a group of drug dealers. He was moved from home to home and finally, when he turned 18 he moved out of the foster homes all together and moved into his own house. He then found Eleanor when he was out in the shack with some friends getting high and saw her walking around. He went out to go and talk to her. He soon became close to her and starts to tell her everything about his past. When he finds she is giving up on the drug addicts life he feels like she, like everything else in his life, is being taken away and it’s to do with drugs why they are being taken away. Seeing her friends are on her side he thinks they are trying to take her away from him and so he sets out to get them and finally her. He knows Eleanor doesn’t like him taking drugs now that she’s clean but he does so any way by keeping it hidden from Eleanor. One day Eleanor finds him taking pills and gets angry before she dumps him and walks off. Angry and pissed off Hunter takes more pills and get high. In an angry rampage he kills all of Eleanor’s friends while they are out in the woods getting high. He uses equipment that drug users use to take drugs i.e. a burned, sharpened spoon, a rope used by drug addicts while injecting and injecting an overdose of heroin into their arm (possible he kills himself after-not told. He has gotten Eleanor under his control - she trusts him and is reliant on him,  so when he comes after her she does not expect it. He is the typical ‘pervert/ jock/ drug addict’. It is not said in the trailer but it turns out that he has always been a psychopath due to what he went through as a child and what he had to see.

This links with personal identity/ aspirations as most guys want to be the man who can get any girl he wants. Hunter is extremely paranoid of people taking Eleanor away from him which is why he kills off her friends.
